Einführung

Die SANYO Component Europe GmbH wurde im April 2004 gegründet. Sie entstand aus dem Zusammen- schluss der SANYO Energy (Europe) GmbH mit der SANYO Semiconductor Europe GmbH unter Einbe- ziehung des SANYO Electronic Devices Marketing Büros. Seitdem repräsentiert SANYO Component Europe in einmaliger Weise verschiedendste Produkte von mehreren SANYO-Unternehmensbereichen in Europa.

Das Produktspektrum beinhaltet jetzt industrielle und Consumer-Batterien genauso wie Photovoltaik-Produkte - die klassischen Produkte der früheren SANYO Energy Europe - sowie elektronische Bauteile wie Kondensato- ren und Filter und Halbleiter-Bauelemente von den Elec- tronic Device- bzw. Halbleiter- Unternehmensbereichen.

Im Jahr 2008 wurde das Spektrum noch um die Pro- dukte der Automotive Electronics Division erweitert zu denen unter anderem Navigationsgeräte und Audio-Systeme für Automobile zählen.

SANYO Component Europe ist der exklusive Vertriebs- partner für alle diese SANYO-Produkte in Europa. Die Firmenzentrale ist in München (Deutschland). Die Firma hat Zweigniederlassungen in Schwalbach (Deutschland), Watford und Walton (Großbritannien) und in Chatou (Frankreich).
